Conor Tobin joined Grannis & Hauge, P.A. in 2016. He serves as a No-Fault arbitrator and a Conciliation Court referee, served as a panel attorney for Criminal Defense Services, Inc. and helped established a low-income panel in Dakota County. His extensive litigation experience includes criminal, personal injury and business litigation, jury trials and appellate work, arbitrations, administrative licensing matters, and immigration matters. Conor is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral. He has been rated as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers® in 2012 - 2017—an honor given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys.
After growing up in Eau Claire, WI, he graduated from Augsburg College, and received a Fulbright Fellowship to study at the University of Oslo in Norway. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Awsumb in Ramsey County District Court.
Conor is an active soccer referee officiating in semi-pro, amateur, recreational, high school, and college competitions. He is the treasurer of the Minnesota State Referee Committee, a Minnesota State Bar Association member and mock trial judge, and a Guardian ad Litem. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Washington as well as the Federal District Court for Minnesota.
